Use 1-2 teaspoons (2-3 grams) of loose leaf Oolong tea per 8 ounces (240 ml) of water. Boil spring or filtered water and pre-warm your teapot and cups. Rinse the tea leaves by pouring a small amount of hot water over them and immediately discarding it. Place the rinsed leaves in the teapot, pour hot water over them, cover, and steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute for the first infusion. Increase the steeping time by 30 seconds to 1 minute for each additional round.

To ensure the best quality and flavor of your Oolong tea, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the tea in its original packaging to maintain freshness, and if the package is opened, transfer the tea to an airtight container.
