101 Tea - Red Oolong Loose Leaf (200g)

Use 1-2 teaspoons (2-3 grams) of loose leaf Oolong tea per 8 ounces (240 ml) of water. Boil spring or filtered water and pre-warm your teapot and cups. Rinse the tea leaves by pouring a small amount of hot water over them and immediately discarding it. Place the rinsed leaves in the teapot, pour hot water over them, cover, and steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute for the first infusion. Increase the steeping time by 30 seconds to 1 minute for each additional round.

To ensure the best quality and flavor of your Oolong tea, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the tea in its original packaging to maintain freshness, and if the package is opened, transfer the tea to an airtight container. The tea lasts three years in its sealed package, and once opened, it should be consumed within one year for optimal flavor and aroma.
