Use one pack (10 g.) of loose-leaf Oolong tea per 16 ounces (500 ml) of water. Boil spring or filtered water and pre-warm your teapot and cups. Rinse the tea leaves by pouring a small amount of hot water over them and immediately discarding it. Place the rinsed leaves in the teapot, pour hot water over them, cover, and steep for 30 seconds to 1 minute for the first infusion. Increase the steeping time by 30 seconds to 1 minute for each additional round.
